Teleperformance is on the hunt for passionate, dynamic Pre-Sales Consultants to join our growing business development teams in England, Germany, and France! We are seeking three talented individuals ready to make a real impact, partnering with top-tier clients to transform their business with cutting-edge Digital Transformation and Generative AI solutions.
As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of innovation, working directly with C-suite executives and operational leaders to identify their business challenges and craft custom solutions that drive real results. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-sales phase, establishing strong relationships with both C-level executives and operational stakeholders.
Partner with the Sales team to qualify opportunities, develop winning strategies, and craft value propositions that resonate with potential clients.
Work closely with Sales support, Delivery and Technical teams to ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to project execution.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, or client-facing role within the BPO, technology, or digital transformation industries.
Deep understanding of Digital Transformation strategies, Generative AI technologies, and their application in BPO, Back-Office, and Sales services.
Ability to work in cross-cultural environment and forge a relationship network across multi-discipline groups and occasionally third parties
