What's involved with this role: Interim UAT Test Manager – IT Services K&C 5260382 Key Requirements: Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops Previous experience working in Local Authority Previous Test Manager experience Proven experience managing UAT activities for complex software such as CRM Extensive experience in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships within complex projects. Use of one or more established project and programme methodologies e.g. Agile, Prosci Practitioner. The purpose of the role is to manage and co-ordinate the UA testing activities with representatives from the business. Key Responsibilities: UAT Planning and Strategy. Stakeholder Management. Test Script Creation and Execution. Issue Identification and Resolution. Support and Engagement of Testers. Reporting and Documentation (Test Reports). Continuous Improvement Management.
