What responsibilities will you have?
* Shape and execute the sales strategy for ServiceNow Business Group within the Accenture Client Group as agreed with the SNBG and CG Leadership.
* Achieve individual sales targets and support global goals by driving new business development and growing existing accounts, managing the pipeline, and ensuring accurate sales forecasts.
* Identify and capture new opportunities, using sales expertise to shape high-value deals. Oversee the entire deal cycle from qualification to negotiation and closing, ensuring they meet client needs and Accenture's objectives.
* Be recognized as the "go-to" specialist for ServiceNow solutions across the agreed CG and lead sale campaigns as part of the target account plans.
* Engaging with C-suite leaders in health and public sector organizations to secure significant deals, acting as the lead for both single- and multi-service opportunities.
* Develop effective sales strategies, managing deal creation, value propositions, deal processes, and closures and work with the account leadership to ensure deals are competitive, deliverable, and profitable.
* Create compelling deal visions through storytelling and deep client engagement, supporting strategy development and managing deals through the sales cycle, including team and work plan management.
What skills & experience are we looking for?
* Leading sales experience, with ServiceNow in at least one of the target sectors
* Extensive Experience in developing technology led sales strategies for accounts & tuned in with Industry trends
* Experience in working with ServiceNow in global enterprises and leading transformation engagements across IT, HR and COO functions.
* Strong network across the industry and specifically in the ServiceNow ecosystem. A good understanding of key competitors and their approach to the market.
* Originating sales and relationships with C-suite clients, both at established and emerging clients
* Facilitating the negotiations and closing activities. Manage successful transition of the opportunity to the delivery team
What academic qualifications do you need?
Degree educated or Equivalent
