Job Title: Marketing Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our team at Quartz Business Media. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing campaigns and processes across a number of portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver cross-channel marketing campaigns to achieve event or project objectives.
* Write and proof copy for a range of marketing platforms and materials, including advertising, direct mail, social media, TV, radio, email, and PR.
* Manage the planning and execution of email campaigns and create customer journeys for events from start to finish.
* Assist with market research to support the creation of marketing plans and collateral, such as customer questionnaires.
* Monitor and evaluate digital campaigns/channels and marketing emails, making recommendations to improve performance and drive ROI.
* Assist with the design, production, and distribution of all promotional materials relating to the portfolio.
* Negotiate marketing partnerships with media and associations.
* Communicate with exhibitors and sponsors to encourage third-party promotions.
* Proactively participate in team meetings and project meetings, putting forward observations and new ideas to drive the success of both marketing and wider team activities.
* Liaise with a range of suppliers, including designers, printers, and website companies.
* Support Marketing Managers in organizing various projects.
* Maintain and update product websites.
* Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring customer data is correct and accurate, and build new customer data through analytics, LinkedIn, and other networking tools.
* Monitor competitor activity to gain insights into other marketing practices.
* Liaise with different internal departments to obtain information that will help deliver a strong marketing message.
* Assist with trade show preparations and attend events as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Marketing degree/qualification is a bonus, but not mandatory.
