Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
* Perform user account management using Active Directory, including password resets, account creation, and group management.
* Assist with basic M365 administrative tasks such as user management, license assignments, and troubleshooting.
* Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and related applications.
* Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
* Remain calm and pragmatic while troubleshooting complex technical issues.
* Document and track support tickets using an IT service management (ITSM) system.
* Provide support for peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
* Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
* Assist with IT asset management, inventory, and procurement.
* Ensure adherence to company IT policies and procedures.
About you and your skillset:
* Proven experience in IT support.
* User administration experience using Active Directory.
* Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 administration tasks.
* Good knowledge of Windows operating systems.
* Strong ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
* Ability to remain calm and pragmatic under pressure.
* Clear and precise communication skills.
* Dedication to developing and learning new skills.
* Prompt with excellent timekeeping.
* Reliable and hardworking.
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
