Job Description
The successful Field Sales Manager will demonstrate:
* Analysis is a key factor in your success for this role - you must be able to demonstrate examples of strong analysis, and how you've used this to achieve targets for set regions/distribution/accounts
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
* Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
* Prepare regular sales forecasting reports.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
* Negotiate and close agreements
* Work closely with the marketing department to ensure brand consistency.
* Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Field Sales Manager should have:
* Proven work experience in a sales team lead role, preferably in the health/nutrition industry.
* Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
* Excellent leadership/soft skills, as well as, organisational skills
* Strong communication and team management skills.
* An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
* Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
* A keen interest in the health/wellness/nutrition sector.
