About The Job We have an exciting opportunity at our Liverpool Warehouse department in the role of Warehouse Shift Leader to join our Warehouse team. The Warehouse Shift Leade r will support the warehouse operations team in terms of managing the team one of the teams on a 24/7 shift pattern to meet business requirements and Standard Procedures. A Successful Candidate Will Be Able To Understand the SC organization of our customers & suppliers, their strategy, objectives and associated key performance indicators Manage supplier relationships through a clear monitoring of KPIs Develop trust & collaborative mindset with suppliers & customers while using negotiation skills to improve day-to-day work Monitor the procurement process, the MRP parameters and the key components on long term availability Experience with working within process constraints and with capacity constraints to improve the overall site flow Experienced People manager driving a individual development culture Creating and encouraging a team culture Driving best in class mentality About You Successful candidate will have : Substantial years of experience in the Warehouse, Supply chain and Manufacturing sectors Expensive Warehouse sector experience Broad experience and knowledge of Supply chain and processes. Knowledge and experience in understanding high demand performance in a high-performance team. Recognized as a "high potential" individual. Enthusiastic and dedicated self-starter. Confident with robust communication skills and driven by results. Have strong CODE behaviours. Committed, Open, a Doer, and Empowered. Proficient in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and warehouse sector systems. Highly adaptable and capable of quickly assimilating into new roles.
