Job title: Export Order Coordinator
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 DOE
Location: Near Hythe
Annual leave: 20 days annual leave
Responsibilities:
1. Order Management: Process and manage export orders, aligning with production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
2. Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and manage all export documents, ensuring compliance with customs and international trade regulations.
3. Logistics Coordination: Arrange and monitor international shipments via sea, air, and road transport; collaborate with freight forwarders and warehouses.
4. Customer Service: Act as the main point of contact for international clients, providing updates and resolving any order or shipment issues.
5. Inventory & Warehouse Management: Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipment of furniture products.
6. Problem Solving: Address delays, customs holds, and damaged goods; propose process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
7. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and generate export performance reports.
Experience and skills required:
1. Previous Administrative experience
2. Export and logistics knowledge is a distinct advantage
3. Excellent communication and problem solving skills
