Your role will involve however not limited to: Helping people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities - empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences. Getting involved in support in community as social activities or shopping trips. Ability to communicate clearly is important considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too. Assisting with Personal care and hygiene (if required) Medication administration (if required) Support with preparing and cooking meals. Cleaning, shopping, planning daily activities Support with attending medical appointments Support with social activities We have flexible shifts available for this role, working 20 Hours a week across 3 services within Hinckley. ESSENTIAL REQUIRMENTS: Previous experience with complex needs Willingness to learn Team player Flexible Valid drivers license Communication Additional Information Full UK Driving license required A vacancy has arisen in one of our supported living services located in a village close to Evesham. We support 4 male adults who are incredibly independent. All 4 people we support have active social lives and require staff to drive them to their activities so a full UK manual driving license is essential to this role. The staff team have been working together for many years and bring many years of experience to the job. We are looking for someone who can work alone, under their own initiative and provide excellent care to the people we support.
