3. Provide feedback to managers on the quality of care
Your patients could be any age, but they'll often be elderly, while others may have been recently discharged from hospital, be terminally ill, or have physical disabilities.
As a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant, you will carry out care plans designed to support people living at home, in care homes, or other settings, ensuring that people who use our services have a good experience.
Additional Working Pattern: 3 x 12 hr shifts, and 2 weekends in 4. Must be available to work the lates even if 7.5 hour shifts requested.
