Job Title: Trainee Manager – Residential Children's Home
Location: Chippenham
Salary: £32,000 per annum, plus bonuses, pension, and other benefits. Paid sleep-ins are £63 per night, with an average deputy salary of £35,276 including one sleep-in per week.
Working Hours: Combination of on-shift (07:30–21:30) and administrative shifts (08:30–16:30).
Number of Sleep-Ins Required: One per week.
Pay Per Sleep-In: £63 per night.
Service: Children's Home
Service Users: Young people with Learning Difficulties.
Qualifications Required: Level 3 in Residential Childcare or Equivalent.
Experience in Years Required: Minimum of one year's experience in residential children's social care, ideally as a senior support worker.
