Customer Account Manager
Location: Winsford
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Type: Permanent Position
My client, a global leader in their field, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. They provide innovative solutions to customers from a wide variety of industries, ranging from cutting-edge start-ups to the world's most iconic brands.
Key Duties:
1. Manage inside sales activities and drive new project developments forward.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
3. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, understanding their business requirements and how the company's solutions can meet those needs.
4. Process customer orders from initial inquiry through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
5. Coordinate with internal teams.
6. Address and resolve any customer queries.
7. Develop and execute account plans to meet or exceed sales targets for assigned customers.
Skills Required:
1. Previous experience working within account management.
2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. Solid written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
4. Organised, extremely detailed, able to multi-task under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5. Proficient on systems.
Working Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm, Friday 8am-2pm.
