Job Description
Our Real Estate Finance team is dedicated to the needs of specialist lenders. A vibrant and energetic work environment within our specialisation we have gained a reputation for speed, pragmatism and reliability. The team has expertise across a variety of lending products, focusing predominantly on various forms of short term and bridging finance. We collaborate closely with our lender clients to provide straightforward, relevant advice. We tailor our services to be solution-led, commercially minded and flexible to the requirements of a specific matter.
A bit about the role
* Checking and posting all Client/ Redemption funds receipts
* Checking and processing all Redemption payment requests
* Populating release documentation templates such as DS1/ Deed of Releases.
* Maintaining and updating a redemptions tracker spreadsheet.
* Checking and raising bills for redemption legal fees.
* Assisting with all internal redemption requests and queries
A bit about you
* Needs to have strong numeracy, communication and interaction skills with a strong attention to detail
* Can demonstrate strong IT systems knowledge and a good use of excel capabilities
* Can develop strong internal working relationships with the real estate finance team, fee-earners and secretaries as well as strong external relationships with Borrower solicitors and Lender clients
* Can demonstrate a good ability to pick-up and understand the requirements of the role quickly
* Must be able to communicate effectively and in a professional and personable manner - this is a key role in a key area for the firm and so must be professional and presentable at all times
* Strong ability and work ethic to meet deadlines under pressure
