Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales & Business Development to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and establish strategic partnerships. This role is responsible for leading the sales team, developing business opportunities, and positioning corporate training solutions as industry-leading offerings. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue and market share growth. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, and expand the company's client base. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and ensuring alignment with company objectives. Partnership Development: Establish strategic alliances and partnerships to enhance the company’s market positioning. Client Engagement: Understand client needs and tailor corporate training solutions to meet their business objectives. Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to refine the sales approach. Revenue & KPI Management: Set, track, and achieve sales targets, ensuring profitability and business growth. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close deals with enterprise clients and strategic partners. Key Qualifications & Skills: Proven track record in sales leadership and business development, preferably in corporate training, education, or professional services. Strong network and experience in B2B sales, particularly in working with HR, L&D, and C-suite executives. Exceptional leadership skills with experience in building and managing sales teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
