Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the ongoing development and implementation of the risk management framework.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date risk records, ensuring data integrity.
* Collaborate with various departments to coordinate risk management activities across the organisation.
* Generate insightful risk reports to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience within financial services or related sectors.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Capable of building relationships and working cross-functionally within the business.
* Proactive, self-starter, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Previous experience in risk management, audit, governance, or compliance preferred.
* Experience with GRC tools is beneficial.
* A risk management qualification is an advantage.
