An opportunity has arisen for a permanent full-time Senior Business Support Assistant in the Council Support administrative team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced administrator, assisting with an interesting and varied range of duties. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Customer Feedback & FOI Team, along with ad hoc administrative support to other areas of the team as and when required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Customer Feedback and FOI Team.
* Monitor mailboxes, log incoming FOI requests, escalating where appropriate.
* Respond to incoming customer feedback calls, emails and online submissions.
* Support the Customer Feedback and FOI team to meet statutory deadlines.
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels.
* Deliver a high-quality customer service.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and numeracy skills.
* Proven experience in use of Microsoft Office suite.
* Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Ability to use initiative and work flexibly as duties may change.
* Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Home / Hybrid Working Consideration:

Job Requirements
Relevant Qualifications:
Educated to Higher level, NC or SVQ level 2 in English and/or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills and competencies gained through relevant experience.
