If you're enthusiastic about creating impactful email campaigns and driving business growth, this role is perfect for you As our eCRM Executive, you'll work closely with our in-house design team to deliver compelling email campaigns from initiation to send. Your primary purpose will be to drive new leads into the business and retain existing customers through best-in-class email communications. Reporting to the eCRM Manager, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and strategic thinking, contributing significantly to Love Energy Savings' success. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact. What You Can Expect to Be Doing You will expertly manage our CRM system daily, ensuring seamless operations and data integrity. Your creative flair will shine as you contribute fresh, innovative ideas for our email marketing campaigns, taking charge of everything from concept development to campaign delivery. You will own a robust email testing strategy, conducting tests across every aspect of the email channel to optimise performance. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you take responsibility for generating insightful email lead reports and analysing customer behaviours from email campaigns. Staying ahead of the curve, you will keep a close eye on current market trends and competitor activities, ensuring our strategies remain cutting-edge and competitive. A Few Things About You You’re either a recent marketing graduate or have at least 6 months of hands-on experience in a marketing role. Ideally, you have some experience with email marketing or possess a strong desire to specialise in this area of digital marketing. You should be commercially savvy, with a keen eye for identifying unique marketing opportunities that set us apart from the competition. Your ability to produce insightful reports and maintain strong professional relationships with internal stakeholders is essential. We value someone who can work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
