Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Business Support Administrator on behalf of our client based in Bewdley. Working on a Temporary to Permanent basis, this is a great opportunity for anyone looking to join a successful company during a period of growth. The successful candidate will provide efficient administration support whilst ensuring all processes and procedures are being followed.
The Duties of a Business Support Administrator:
* Support the despatch department to ensure all customer orders are completed and delivered
* Provide efficient administrative support to all departments
* Recording keeping, storing of files, document control and reconciliation across all departments
* Dealing with customer queries and orders and resolving any issues that may occur
* Assist senior management in implementation of all company objectives and directives
* Liaise to receive or obtain required information for customer orders and queries
* To be a first point of contact for all visitors and ensure all documentation is completed
* Accepting incoming telephone calls and directing appropriately within the department
* Manage the booking system for all experience bookings whilst liaising with the events team
* Support the accounts department with invoice processing, credit checks, ledgers and any general accounts management
* Any other duties reasonably requested
The Requirements of a Business Support Administrator:
* MUST drive due to location
* Deliver excellent customer service throughout
* Ability to prioritise tasks to ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard
* Complete training as required or requested to enhance capabilities
* Previous experience in a similar role essential
