Town Planner

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and submit planning applications, reports, and assessments.
* Collaborate with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Conduct site visits and feasibility studies, offering expert advice on planning and land use.
* Stay up-to-date with local planning policies, regulations, and industry trends.
* Assist in the development of strategies for sustainable, compliant development.
Requirements:
* A degree in Town Planning or a related field (Master’s preferred).
* Proven experience in town planning, preferably within the South West region.
* Strong knowledge of local planning regulations and development processes.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in planning software (e.g., GIS, AutoCAD) is a plus.
