Our exclusive client are currently recruiting an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy team. This company offer excellent benefits including working a 35 hour week, flexible start and finish time and working from home. The duties of the role: Processing high volumes of supplier invoices Dealing with supplier queries Supplier account reconciliations Processing any supplier refunds when necessary Processing CIS deductions and payments Processing proforma invoices Liaising with managers for approval of invoices Banking duties including BACS/CHAPS Any other duties to support the smooth running of the department You must have a high attention to detail, be naturally organised and have excellent communication skills. In return you will be paid a competitive salary, work a 35 hour week, flexible start and finish time, have the option to work from home two days per week and good holidays and pension.
