We're looking for a really great Food & Beverage Manager to contribute to the overall management and development of the Country House through effective management of the Food & Beverage Department, events and all associated staff. You will lead by example, committing to high standards and service and exceeding customer expectations through the development and motivation of the team. You will have experience of working within a hotel/Food & Beverage establishment in a similar role, running a Food & Beverage department and managing a team under the current food safety legislation. We'd like you to have a real passion for food, the drive to succeed in this role and assist the General Manager with the overall strategy moving forward. A focus on customer experience and knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry is important as are strong leadership skills and exceptional communication skills. Level 2 Food Safety is essential and a willingness to complete Level 3 within your role. A personal licence is desirable, as is Health and safety experience. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week over 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays.
