Sales & Proposals Administrator

The Company
A leading engineering business who design and manufacture filtration systems for a wide range of applications.
The Role
This is a hybrid based position requiring the successful candidate to be in the office twice a week. Your primary responsibilities will be to provide top-notch administrative support to our Internal and External sales teams.
The work will include the following:
Providing timely and accurate sales orders and quotations
Maintain customer record cards, including detailed customer notes in our CRM system
Manage incoming enquiries via the sales inbox and direct them to the appropriate team members.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external customers.
Liaise with customers and External Sales on order progress, escalate issues promptly, and handle returns and customer concerns efficiently.
Develop a strong understanding of our extensive product database and manufacturing lead times.
The Candidate

1. Experienced and confident working in a customer facing environment
2. Commercially aware to be able to identify sales opportunities
3. Comfortable to switch between sales and proposals tasks when required
4. Experienced in working in a manufacturing environment
5. Able to read and speak an second language - Desireable
