A well respected and trusted West Sussex / Mid-Sussex based organisation is looking to recruit a full time permanent Assistant HR Business Partner.
Description
As Assistant HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
To drive all people related change activity across your business areas.
To drive and implement people strategy at a local level; monitor compliance and influence and engage teams to make improvements where necessary.
To drive performance and capability through insights and people initiatives.
To provide support to Managers for resource planning, key recruitment, talent planning (performance, talent, succession, L&D)
To facilitate and encourage an effective employee relations culture, where issues are dealt with promptly and effectively to reduce the need for formal interventions.
To provide feedback, insights & learning back from operational teams to feed into the wider organisational people strategy.
To champion the importance of engagement, EDI & wellbeing.
To support the wider strategic people objectives and to support project work that may span the whole organisation.Profile

Knowledge from HR advisor or Generalist role
