Our global Outsourcing line of business provides outsourced administration services to occupational pension funds, working with some of the world’s leading organisations. Reporting into the Installs & Projects Operations Manager, Administration Manager will be actively responsible for the team (onshore and offshore) delivering all regular scheduled scheme wide administration projects along with process improvements and regulatory change and with work. You will be required to collaborate with the LifeSight as needed with LifeSight Technical and Quality team (specifically with regard to process improvements and regulatory change work) and work alongside the Administration Manager responsible for Client Installs and change projects. The majority of our colleagues work in a ”hybrid” style, with a mix of remote, in-person and in-office interactions dependent on the needs of the team, role and clients. The Role Responsible for the delivery of all regular project work for LifeSight including: Scheme events (including annual benefit statements, monthly member charges process, monthly employer specific reporting, internal monthly reporting and ad hoc data requests, data cleaning, monthly investment phasing checks, ad hoc interface queries), admin process improvement regulatory change projects Act as a liaison and an escalation point on issues, risks and dependencies across the BAU projects team Working with the LifeSight PMO to produce a Roadmap of scheme events projects and other change projects Working closely with the LifeSight Technical & Quality Team as well as OGB stakeholders (systems, app development, central quality standards) to ensure a joined-up approach to process improvement and regulatory change projects Management and oversight of BAU project team and people management of Team manager/s To mentor/coach colleagues in their career development Keeping up to date with changes in pensions legislation The Requirements Knowledge and Experience Collaborative leadership style, self-aware with the ability to adapt style as necessary. Strong experience of dealing with occupational Defined Contribution pension schemes administration and/or DC Master Trust. Experience of working on or managing a projects team completing scheme events projects such as benefit statements and pension change projects. Skills Demonstrable problem solving and reasoning skills. Self-motivated with a high level of initiative/drive. A strong leader and negotiator, with good influencing skills. Critical thinking to facilitate more in-depth discussions. Excellent time management skills and the ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects, including the ability to support the removal of escalated blockers. Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of seniority effectively. Detail-oriented with the ability to cross-check and ensure accuracy of detailed documents.
