Looking for a dynamicTechnical Services Coordinatorto support the smooth operation and administration of hard services delivery in a fast-paced FM environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate maintenance activities and update CAFM systems to ensure seamless hard services delivery.
* Support supplier management, including scheduling, performance reviews, and compliance monitoring.
* Assist in risk management, statutory compliance, and document administration.
* Provide guidance to the FM team on planned and reactive tasks, maintaining excellent communication.
* Collate data for regular reporting and assist in the review of certification and audit actions.
About You:
* 3+ years of Facilities Management or Building Services Engineering experience.
* Strong knowledge of FM compliance, maintenance regimes, and CAFM systems.
* Proven expertise in coordinating planned and reactive tasks and supplier management.
* Skilled in financial processes, reporting, and advanced use of Excel and CAFM tools.
Desirable:Professional qualifications (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, IWFM) and local authority experience.
