The key responsibilities:
Providing guidance and advice on HR policies and procedures
Maintaining employee records and HR databases
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies
Managing and supporting employee relations
Assisting in the recruitment and selection process
Conducting performance management and employee evaluations
Delivering HR-related training programs
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulationsProfile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
CIPD level 5 qualified or working towards
Previous HR Officer / Advisor experience is essential
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in HR management systems and databases
Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
Previous FMCG experience is desirable Job Offer
An estimated salary range of £30,000 - £36,000 per annum
