WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We're hiring a Senior Manager, Product Management with 3 direct reports who will own pricing strategy, go to market, and price operations for our European businesses, including defining the rate structure, fees, and price points. We believe that pricing can be a core differentiator for our market segment and we need you to benchmark industry, determine price positioning, establish goals, then drive continuous process improvement to track towards those goals. You'll also be a key partner to determine pricing strategy for all new business lines and European country launches as well as other seasonal events. You will work closely with senior leadership across product, finance, legal, marketing, sales, and operations to hone your vision, and work alongside your direct reports and our product, science, software, and business analyst teams to bring these ideas to life.
WHO ARE YOU?
You should have a hands-on approach, operational inclination, solid leadership skills and the ability to build and leverage relationships across a wide stakeholder group to generate creative solutions to industry-level strategic problems. As this position involves regular interaction with senior leadership (VP+), you need to be comfortable communicating at that level while also working directly with various functional teams. The ideal candidate is analytical, resourceful, customer-focused and team oriented, with clear communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. You are highly autonomous and have a proven track record of taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Key job responsibilities
1. Regional benchmarking, price positioning, and profit analysis leading to overall rate structure and pricing strategy vision
2. New demand (country launch + new products) opportunity assessment/pricing strategy
3. Metric creation, program performance (generally via Pricing-specific monthly and quarterly business reviews)
4. Global business level pricing narrative for your region (monthly and quarterly business reviews, 3 year planning)
5. In region SOPs, training, audit, inspection, process improvement
6. New product go-to-market support or ownership for in-region launches
7. Collaborate deeply with science/product for development vision and roadmap prioritization
8. May generate regional requirements for software/science development

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
- Experience owning technology products
