Argyll and Bute Council's Customer Engagement Team are recruiting a Summer Student to work in the busy Customer Service Centre based in Kintyre House, Campbeltown. This is a temporary post from May to September 2025 working 35 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
* Process customer interactions using a range of PC based systems including handling general enquiries from customers via telephone and email.
* Assist customers to complete electronic forms, capture data and issue pre-populated forms.
* Process free school meals and clothing grants.
* Undertake system support and housekeeping tasks.
Minimum Requirements:
Please note that this post is for Summer Students only and applicants must currently be studying a relevant business course at a recognised College or University and able to apply knowledge gained during study into the workplace.
