Mental Health Clinical Lead within Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Psychotherapist in Suffolk House, Bramford Road, Little Blakenham, Suffolk, earning £57,000 annually.

What you will do:
* Lead and oversee the safe and effective clinical delivery of our robust outcome-focused mental health service
* Ensure clinical guidelines and pathways are up to date with best practices
* Manage and develop clinical training, support programmes, and audits to enable team members to excel
* Serve as the main point for clinical support including risk management and safeguarding, necessitating excellent communication skills
* Conduct clinical audits and analyse service outcome data to identify trends and implement continuous quality improvements
* Work collaboratively with the wider clinical leadership team to introduce and develop new initiatives to drive service progress
Qualifications:
* Qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with full BABCP accreditation
* An additional core profession is essential
Experience:
* Proven experience as a clinical leader with expertise in risk management and clinical supervision
* A background in service audit and development through clear quality change cycles is crucial
