Description Reporting to the Director of Golf and Estates, an exciting role of Club Operations Manager has become available at Marriott Hanbury Manor. The role will deliver the smooth and efficient running of the Golf Club operation. This role would be suited to someone with a minimum of one year’s experience in a manager or assistant manager role in either Hospitality, Sales, Retail, Golf or Leisure functions. The candidate will be looking for a new challenge at a championship golf venue, that currently holds a 59 Club Gold Flag award for customer service. Key responsibilities: Members and Guests satisfaction Events coordination Bookings management Retail experience Locker room experience Conducting human resources activities Leadership of the golf operations team Exceptional customer service delivery The role will also provide additional leadership support and open communication channels to the club house F&B teams and golf day events team. This role will give the successful candidate a great opportunity to develop transferable skills within a Golf Club management environment for future roles within the industry.
