Our client based in Fordingbridge has an immediate requirement for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a temporary / temp to perm basis.
We are looking for someone who has experience with accounts, using Sage Accounts; purchase and sales ledger, including raising customer invoices and liaising with customers to ensure payments are received/recorded in line with due dates and liaising with suppliers paying/matching invoices in line with due dates, also including account and bank reconciliations and up to date Vat Returns, liaising with external accountants re; management accounts/quarter end/year end.
Applicants must have experience with payroll, using Money Soft and experience with Microsoft packages, Outlook, Word and Excel.
This is an office based with an immediate start available. Hours can be flexible but will ideally be Monday Thursday 09:00 am 17:00 pm / Friday 09:00 am 16.30pm (42-hour week). Salary will be commensurate with experience but will be around £30k per annum or £13.75 per hour.
