You will be responsible for the timely entry and accuracy of a wide variety of data across contracts, stock, pricing, customer sub-offices and general account information. The Master Data and Administration team are expected to provide a quality orientated, highly customer focussed service to all internal and external stakeholders, to allow for accurate billing and reporting.
What to expect:
* Ensure all elements of system data relating to contracts, stock, pricing and billing are accurate and timely, with a “right first time” approach.
* Able to manipulate and understand large data sets.
* Business partnering with other areas for example Billing & Credit Control, OSC, Sales, and other areas where required, to ensure business needs are met.
* Input new contract data into BM system to relating to stock items, prices and discounts with a “right first time” approach.
* Conduct internal reconciles to ensure stock logged in BM matches customer contracts.
* Ensure that all master data records comply with VPS regulations and procedures.
* Ensure that data is handled and stored in line with VPS data security policies.
* Assisting with the testing of systems including automation as required.
* Contribute towards the continuous improvement and delivery of Data Management services to agreed SLAs, data standards and controls.
