Position: Contracts Manager
Salary: £50,000- £55,000 per annum

Think Recruitment has partnered with a well-known contractor specializing in providing safe and supportive accommodation for vulnerable adults. They also deliver disability adaptations in private homes across Birmingham.
We are currently looking for a Contracts Manager based locally to Birmingham to help with overseeing the execution of contracts, managing site operations, and ensuring the seamless progress of projects. This position requires a combination of strong organisational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Duties will include:
* Conduct negotiations with subcontractors and vendors to establish mutually beneficial terms.
* Draft contracts and agreements, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and completeness of terms.
* Review contract terms and conditions to identify potential areas of risk.
* Coordinate contract execution and implementation, including obtaining necessary approvals and signatures.
* Maintain organised contract files and documentation for easy reference and retrieval.
* Track contract KPI's to ensure timely fulfilment of obligations.
* Facilitate contract amendments and modifications as necessary to accommodate changes in project scope or requirements.
Experience/Skills required:
* Knowledge of environmental and property legislation, focusing on housing is essential.
* Ability to write technical specifications, reports, and instructions for staff and contractors.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
* Ability to lead, inspire, motivate, and develop staff, building teams to deliver to the vision and values.
* Understanding of relevant statutory regulations relating to housing providers.
* Understanding of health and safety regulations.
