Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for HR Admin for our client based in Walsall, initially on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
In this role, you will be working on behalf of a well-known high-street retailer within their Head Office facility. The company offers low value goods including household items, food, and most recently clothing.
To be successful in this role, previous HR or recruitment experience would be highly advantageous.
The HR Admin must have:
* Experience working within a HR/Recruitment environment
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
* Working knowledge of HR legislation and/or best practices
* Excellent interpersonal skills
Duties of HR Admin:
* Maintain and update the HR system with information on new or existing colleagues
* Assist with the review and development of HR admin processes
* Administer HR related documentation, such as offer letters, right to work letters, bonus/pay review letters, etc.
* Process new starter paperwork for four weekly paid employees
* Produce and process addendums to contracts and change of details letters for monthly paid promotions and transfers
* Ensure all right to work documents are verified and compliant
* Responsible for all ad hoc correspondence and mail merge documentation
* Provide regular management information back into the HR function to identify areas for improvement
Hours of work for a HR Admin:
* Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
* This is an office-based role
Pay Rate for a HR Admin:
* £20,000 per annum
