The Occupational Therapy rotational post is suitable for the following:
* Students who are in the final year of training to be an Occupational Therapist
* Return to practice. This role would enable you to complete your return to work training so you can register as an Occupational Therapist.
* If you have been qualified for a while and are looking to broaden your experience.
Occupational Therapy in the Northern services forms part of the broader Therapy Team, which is at the forefront of innovation and development in both our services and our people. We are able to offer excellent experience in all core rotations, including Trauma and Orthopaedics, Surgical, Acute Medical (Respiratory/Cardiac), Rehabilitation wards, Neurology, and Community Placements. The rotation programme is designed to consolidate and build on graduate skills and academic knowledge by participating in Continual Professional Development and other training opportunities. This provides both an excellent service to the local community and a positive learning environment from which to grow and develop your clinical and professional skills.

The Occupational Therapy role provides an opportunity to develop skills in working across a variety of Acute and community settings. The job role requires post holders to rotate every six months.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8.00 to 16.00, additional weekend duties or a 7-day rolling pattern.
