Why do we need you?
We’re looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who will will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimising marketing strategies. The role encompasses full ownership of data analysis projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and presenting actionable insights to enhance the company’s marketing effectiveness. This position is central to bridging the gap between data and strategic business decisions, providing a platform for growth and leadership exposure.

What do we need you to do?
Data collection, measurement and management:
* Take ownership of marketing data initiatives, managing projects from inception through to insight delivery.
* Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various marketing channels (e.g., digital ads, website analytics, social media, and CRM systems).
* Develop and apply attribution models to accurately measure the effectiveness of marketing activities across all channels.
* Identify trends, patterns, and key insights from marketing data to refine targeting strategies, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement.
* Develop clear and concise visual reports and dashboards, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leaders.
* Work closely with marketing, media agencies, and internal operational teams to align data analysis with business objectives and project outcomes.
* Contribute to shaping marketing strategies by providing data-driven insights that align with the company’s goals and metrics.
Compliance Requirements
* Maintain all required standards and behaviors outlined in MoneyPlus training and the Competency Framework
* Maintain familiarity with relevant data protection frameworks such as GDPR, or PECR.
* Maintain compliance with the FCA’s Code of Conduct rules, including acting with integrity, care and consideration of the interests of our customers.
* Maintain high standards of data integrity and information governance.
Required Competencies / Behaviours
* Streamline existing reporting suite and advise on new, amendments and improvements.
* Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key marketing metrics and KPIs.
* Present data insights and recommendations to marketing and executive teams through clear and compelling visualizations.
* Ensure all reports and definitions are documented and distributed where necessary.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay abreast of outcomes and learnings.
What skills and experience do we need you to have?
Essential:
* 4+ Years of experience in marketing analytics, or similar role.
* Proficiency with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, PowerBI).
* Specific experience in developing and applying attribution models to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities.
* Demonstrable understanding of Performance Marketing and Media Measurement
Desired:
* Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
* Experience with customer segmentation, market research and competitor analysis.
* Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
