About you: As a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the reliability, performance, and security of our clients infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide advanced support and proactive solutions for complex issues related to Azure, networking, Intune, and Citrix. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a methodical thought process, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Day-to-day, you will: • Provide expert support for virtualisation, Citrix, and virtual networking (NSX, VMware).• Diagnose and resolve complex network, Bastion, RDP, and SQL database issues, optimising performance and security.• Administer and support Intune and Azure services for mobile and desktop device management.• Collaborate with support teams, document configurations, and implement security best practices. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in Azure, networks, SQL, Intune, and Citrix.• Strong knowledge of physical and virtual networking, including VPNs, firewalls, and NSX.• Proficient in SQL database management, diagnostics, and Microsoft Intune deployments.• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently.
