The Role:
As a Lead IT Support Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a point of escalation for the Service Desk team.
* Manage and resolve IT tickets efficiently while providing exceptional support.
* Review and approve system configurations.
* Upskill junior team members and share best practices.
* Work collaboratively with the Problem Manager to proactively prevent issues.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong experience in IT support with a focus on ticket management.
* Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.
* Can read and write a basic level SQL and Java Code.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Eagerness to learn and develop new technical skills.
* Team player with a proactive approach to challenges.
