We are looking for a Client Care Manager to lead and develop our multi-site Client Care team. In this role, you will lead a team of 20 staff across 9 sites and inspire and coach the team to provide the best level of customer care. Experience of managing a large team is essential.
The role will involve:
* Delivering induction training.
* Selecting and training new recruits and role modeling best practice behaviors in a busy call center/reception setting.
* Prioritizing and managing conflicting tasks in a role where no two days are the same.
* Holding management meetings to discuss ideas on enhancing our service.
* Absence management and performance management with support provided.
* Reporting to the Practice Managers and providing key support to the management team in a busy hospital environment.
* Delivering reception rotas to cover 9 sites up to 7 days a week and ensuring that KPIs are met.
* Daily banking, dealing with client queries, and supporting the clinical team to provide the best care possible.
About the rota
This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm. Weekends are on rotation.
