We are seeking a devoted and enthusiastic SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional support to a Year 1 child with Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Requirements:
Previous experience working with children with SEN, specifically PDA, ADHD, and ASD
A compassionate and patient approach to support
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Fully committed to the role and the child's progress
Relevant qualifications in education or SEN (desired but not essential)
Responsibilities:
Provide individualised support to the child, ensuring their needs are met
Implement strategies to manage the child's specific conditions effectively
Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
Adapt teaching methods to suit the child's unique learning style and requirements
Monitor and report on the child's progress and development
