Employment: Full-time, term-time only
Hours: Mon - Friday 8:30am - 3.30 pm

Are you passionate about collaborating with a team to help vulnerable young students access the education they deserve?
We are looking for a resiliant and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school serving students aged 11 to 16 with a variety of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), with a focus on Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
What We're Looking For:
- Patience, reliability, and the ability to work independently with a proactive attitude
- Experience with children and young people with SEND, especially SEMH needs, ASC, and ADHD
- GCSEs in Math, English, and Science
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEND (e.g., CACHE Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, Level 3 Award in Special Educational Needs and Disability) are desirable
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- A self-starter with high motivation and dedication to the role
- A full manual driving license is preferred, due to the nature of activities and location
