Job Title: Teaching Assistant Level 3 Location: North West England, Lancashire, Ormskirk Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time hours Salary: £12.90 - £14.00 Per hour Job Duties: Supporting teachers in delivering educational activities Assisting with classroom management and student supervision Providing one-to-one support to students with learning difficulties Preparing and organising learning materials Assessing student progress and providing feedback to teachers Supporting students with emotional or behavioural issues Required Qualifications: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification Good understanding of the national curriculum Enhanced DBS check Strong communication and interpersonal skills Education: Minimum Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification Experience: Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of educational practises and principles Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong organisational skills Ability to adapt to the needs of individual students Preferred Qualifications: First Aid certification Training in supporting students with special educational needs Working Conditions: This role involves working in a school environment, supporting teachers and students during school hours.
