An exciting opening to join our team of dedicated and passionate group of Support Workers has become available at our warm and welcoming Residential home which can support up to 3 young people aged 7-18 with complex needs and autism to live a happy and carefree life. Your role as Deputy Manager will be a vital cog in the smooth running of the home day to day and will ensure the small team can embrace each shift with the confidence and support to ensure the highest standards are maintained at all times in line with our other services locally. All applicants must have specific senior experience in children's residential (minimum 12 months) and can demonstrate strong leadership skills, good knowledge of Ofsted regulations, a level 3 or higher qualification and a full UK driving licence are also essential. Please note we do not offer any form of sponsorship for this position Salary for the role will be £36,000 (40 hours per week) including a sleep bonus of up to £6000 per annum. Shift patterns are negotiable and to be discussed with the registered manager during interview.
