What’s involved?
As a Chef de Partie, you will work alongside an talented Head Chef & Sous Chef. You will be responsible for Demi Chef De Partie’s & Commis chefs, preparing food to a high standard consistently according to menu specifications. You should be confident in accepting & checking the quality of ingredients from suppliers. Experience in a similar role is preferred, but training and progression opportunities are available.
