Are you a strong communicator with a passion for Property Safety? Do you have an eye for detail with an ability to analyse data?
If so, our Contract Support Officer role could be the role for you!
You will be an advocate for creating a safety-first culture and the guardian for operational processes and systems to assist the delivery of our Property Safety regimes.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a “safety first” culture by working closely with Contract Managers and your Head of Service to support the delivery and evidencing of a compliant servicing and maintenance regime.
As our Contract Support Officer, you will be the lead in the day-to-day coordination and operational management of Property Safety servicing, maintenance and works delivered by both internal teams and external contractors.
You will be required to build effective relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, particularly external Service Providers, to coordinate the delivery of quality services and maintain high standards of compliance performance.
This role will report into the Mechanical and Electrical team.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need an understanding of Property Services/Safety or Asset Management related contracts, as well as an awareness of KPIs and cost models.
You will need to have the ability to manipulate and interpret data and produce clear and accurate reporting based on a range of requirements, so previous experience working with and interpreting technical data is highly desirable.
You will need to be a strong communicator and able to communicate effectively with external stakeholders, contractors, customers, and colleagues.
This is a hybrid role; you can choose whether you base yourself from home or the office. There will be a requirement for you to attend the office HUB on average once a week, so the ability to travel there will be a requirement of the role. Training will take place in our Dorset region at the beginning of your employment, so you will ideally be suitably located for this.
