Description Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and measure team or group performance against predefined KPIs and objectives.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and tracking systems to ensure transparency and alignment with business goals.
Provide timely and accurate performance updates to leadership teams.
Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse data from multiple business areas (e.g., sales, operations, marketing) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Generate actionable insights that inform decision-making and support organisational strategies.
Conduct regular assessments of operational efficiency and recommend process optimisation's.
Strategic Recommendations: Collaborate with business leaders to translate performance insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
Support the development and execution of performance improvement plans that drive results across the organisation.
Identify areas of risk and opportunity and present solutions to mitigate challenges.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, HR, and marketing, to understand performance drivers and provide data-driven recommendations.
Ensure that teams are aligned on objectives and working toward common goals.
Leadership Reporting & Communication: Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.

Continuous Improvement: Lead or contribute to initiatives that drive ongoing performance improvement across the organisation.
