AXA Group Operations initiates with its Network Product Department a One Network Program to tackle its digital transformation, enhance user’s connectivity experience, and mitigate cyber risks. Within the Network Product department, the Network Security & Services product line is responsible for VPN products, Firewalling products, Web Gateway products, and Network services. Network Security & Services engineers are designing, engineering, delivering, and supporting those products and services, which strongly contribute to the One Network program initiative.
Key Responsibilities
1. The Network Product Engineer is responsible for defining, advertising, and ensuring the delivery of sustainable, robust, and secured solutions. In close collaboration with Group Security, CTO, and the One Network Program, the Network Product Engineer will propose solutions at the right cost and bring business value to support the corporate business and lines of business strategies.
2. The main activities include the following for his/her own area of responsibility:
1. Contribute and support medium to long-term product evolution and continuous product improvement.
2. Manage the advisory, selection, design, secure build & integration for the products in scope.
3. Facilitate communications and interactions between functional groups, AXA IT Services, strategic partners, and vendors.
4. Ensure QOS delivery and support of solutions.
5. Provide high expertise support on products and services.

Network Products Engineers are expected to have the ability to understand and discuss with both senior managers and IT, and explain in clear language complicated architectural concepts and strategies.

4. International profile – A proven ability to work effectively in an international environment. In addition, exhibits a strong proficiency in English.
Skills and Experience:
1. Strong experience in driving large architecture, standardization & transformation initiatives.
2. Maintain deep understanding of the Network technology and market practices (competition landscape, technology trends) with a very good/established level of expertise.
3. Must have strong expertise in Network & Cloud design patterns, Security solutions & IT infrastructure best practices.
4. Experience in managing Network Security products, SASE, VPN (Cisco, F5), Firewalling (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Cisco, Algosec), Web gateways (McAfee), Segmentation technologies, and identity services.
5. Experience in managing Network Services products destined for DDI, NAC, Monitoring.
6. Must have Network Automation skills.
7. University degree (engineer profile) with +8 years’ experience in Network Domain in an international and Matrix organization.
8. Must exhibit a strong understanding of today’s Network and infrastructure challenges and trends, mostly at Infrastructure and Technical levels.
9. Established and demonstrably productive technical relationships with major IT vendors.
10. Strives for excellence with deliverables of high quality and ability to work in tight planning.
