Job summary Interview date 19 February 2025 This is an exciting and important opportunity to help set up and provide the Infected Blood Psychology Service (IBPS) within Newcastle Upon Tyne Hospitals (NUTH) based in the Psychology in Healthcare service and working alongside colleagues in the Haematology department. The England-wide Infected Blood Psychological Service provides multidisciplinary care for those infected and affected by contaminated blood products by: a) conducting outreach and psychosocial assessments led by navigators; and b) providing psychological therapies by teams of psychological professionals. The post holder will lead on the development of the provision of a high-qualitynavigation/care support service.
