Join Our Team as a SEMH Teaching Assistant (Primary School, Permanent Role)
Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives? Do you have the skills and commitment to support pupils with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs? We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our friendly primary school in Crosby from January 2025 on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide dedicated support to pupils with SEMH needs, helping them to achieve their potential in a safe and nurturing environment.
* Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and other staff to develop and implement tailored support plans.
* Promote positive behaviour and social skills, fostering emotional well-being and resilience.
* Help create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment, encouraging all students to engage and succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
