Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of paraplanners, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance
2. Develop and maintain effective systems and processes to streamline the delivery of financial advice and services
3. Oversee the compliance and regulatory obligations within the paraplanning function
4. Collaborate with our Financial Advisors to ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial plans
5. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to upskill the team and enhance knowledge
6. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and external service providers
Requirements:
1. Previous experience managing or training a team of paraplanners within the finance industry
2. A deep understanding of financial planning systems, processes, and regulations
3. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
4. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure
5. Relevant industry qualifications will be highly regarded
